Processing & Shipping Times

Due to high demand, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery times are currently 3-5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier capacity, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your order is on its way.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net.

Please note that tracking scans can sometimes be delayed or slow to update. This does not mean your package is lost — it is still moving through the carrier network toward its destination.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Trailblazer is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Trailblazer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas, checking with neighbors or building management, and contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to file a missing package claim.
